In 2022 I would like to devote myself entirely to the topic of travel. My plans for electronic music and a live concert near my hometown Bayreuth were unfortunately destroyed by Corona. But I do not give up. Flowerbox is not exactly new, but I would like to continue here. My first trip this year took me to the Cote d'Azure. It was high time to increase my frame a bit.

2020 new ideas and new tools
On my way I had to let some possibilities pass me by. The style that the time demanded of instrumental music more and more resembled my ideas of the early 2000s. At first I saw this as confirmation of my approach. Today I know that I shouldn't have just watched. That the world is changing and that I had to miss a great opportunity. I didn't have the opportunity for large publications. Today I also like to play my older pieces. But keep listening to the comparison of the audience with much more recent works of established stars. I want to change that.
I have two ways to handle this.
Either
I try to compete with ideas that others have already worked out, although I am more than familiar with their origins. But that would be useless.
Why would you want to reinvent the bike just because you had the same idea before?
Or
I dare to leap into the unknown, take my ideas and thoughts and expand my options for implementation. Evolution...

I am not a fan of the big stage. I love the background and the quiet. In ambient music I find both of it. I or my CP trio can be found here again and again at events with a jazzy and modern repertoire in order to create an exclusive atmosphere for guests in hotels or on special occasions.

As a teacher at a special school and the CP-MUSIK-AKADEMIE, it is very important to me to inspire future generations for music and to make use of the opportunities that arise from it. I approach complex topics in a comprehensible and simple way and look back successfully on 10 years of experience with his often unconventional methods.
Music demands so much from us. Mindfulness, concentration, creativity, a sense of aesthetics, spontaneity, you could go on and on with this list. I am sure that active music making can be of personal gain for everyone. You don't have to become a professional musician. It is often enough to be able to create an island of calm in a stressful everyday life. To learn to hold your thoughts together or to overcome fears.

With "INIZIO CREARE" in 2020, Peter Cervenec overcame those concerns that had kept him from releasing his music for almost 20 years. In sometimes very elaborate stage productions such as "Generation-NEXT", "Große Klein Dinge" or "Novembersonne" he filled halls from the start and since 1999 he has inspired a wide audience, which until then had rarely turned to classical music. Nevertheless, his works were reserved for a regional audience. That should change in 2020.
